St Paul’s School continues to stay true to our founder John Colet’s original vision, to provide an education ‘for one hundred and fifty three boys of all nacions and countres indifferently to be taught free.’
The bursary programme at St Paul’s remains at the heart of our school community, with everyone benefitting from a student body comprising boys from a wide variety of backgrounds. An education at St Paul’s gives all pupils the opportunity to thrive and achieve their potential, in and out of the classroom.
In addition to fully or partially funding school fees, uniform and games kit, textbooks and exam fees, a bursary at St Paul’s will enable boys to fully participate in the wide range of opportunities available outside the classroom.
- For pupils who enjoy music, we will support the cost of music lessons and the loan of musical instruments.
- The School offers many different sporting pursuits for boys at all ability levels. Funding is given for boys to attend sports tours and competitions, in the UK and abroad.
- Many boys choose to participate in the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award. The bursary programme provides funding and loans equipment and clothing.
- Bursary awards support whole school trips undertaken by the younger pupils, whilst older boys on bursaries are given funding to participate in academic trips around the world.
Our school-wide Bursary Policy is available to read on our PoliciesÌý±è²¹²µ±ð.
