The Young Enterprise Scheme is run by the Economics Department for pupils in the Lower Eighth (Year 12).
The school runs three teams. Each team will have to launch and run their own business, and so raise their own finances, develop their own product and service, market and trade their product to the public and compete against other schools and colleges nationally.
The Young Enterprise competition is organised in the Richmond and Kingston Area. Competition between schools from this area is particularly strong. The school has an outstanding record, winning UK company of the year three times, the European finals twice, and reaching the national finals one other time.
